General Information:

The Garden Route is probably the most visited tourist region of South Africa and undoubtedly one of the must see areas when you visit South Africa.

The fact that it is adjacent to the warm Indian Ocean on the one side and the picturesque but majestic Cape Fold Belt Mountain Range on the other side, creates the truly remarkable vegetation the region is famous for.

Dotted all along its length are numerous tourist towns and spending quality time in some of these will be the highlight of your travels to the region.
