A 2 hour excursion up Table mountain follows and you will be blown away by the beauty of the latest wonder of the world.
After enjoying the top of the mountain we take the journey back down below and our next stop is the very popular Cape Town museum, an absolute must for visitors to our shores.
The historic Company Gardens is up next and it’s also here that we enjoy a light lunch.
The afternoon see us visiting Green Market Square and the Bo Kaap, before heading back to your lodging where you have spend the late afternoon relaxing, before heading down to South Africa’s premier tourist attraction, the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, where you enjoy dinner.

We have an exciting day ahead as we visit the beautiful Cape Winelands today.
The wine region has hundreds of top end wine producers and we visit 3 of the best ones to sample the magic stuff they produce.

After a great breakfast at your lodge, we depart on our last outing whilst in Cape Town and today we travel all along the Atlantic ocean, visiting Hout Bay, Chapmans Peak and Cape Point along the way.
After enjoying lunch at the tip of Africa we move on to Simonstown, the Boulders penguin colony and finally Kalk Bay before heading back to your lodge.

It is an exciting day today as we depart on the first leg of our journey to the famous Garden Route, one of the most popular tourist destinations in SA.
The Garden Route hugs the warm Indian ocean all the way and is one of the most picturesque areas in the country for sure.
Our destination is Knysna, the oyster capital of SA, where we will spend 2 days exploring the many attractions on offer.
Arrival is around lunchtime and the rest of the day is available to explore all the attractions in and around Knysna, some of which are the Knysna heads, scenic boat cruises as well as all the shops at the Knysna waterfront.
Dinner is enjoyed at the waterfront, a stone throw away from our lodge.

We have a full day ahead and leave the lodge soon after breakfast.
First stop is Plettenberg Bay where you have an opportunity to partake in an excursion on an ocean going whale boat, hoping to see some of the giants of the seas from close up.
Next stop is the amazing monkey and bird world, where a variety of monkeys and birds are kept in their their natural habitat.
The enclosures are enormous and covers many hectares of the indigenous forest, allowing the animals to lead normal lives.
Finally we take a leisurely drive to the Tsitsikamma forest area where we visit the scenic Tsitsikamma Nature Reserve for late afternoon tea, before heading back to our lodge.

We say good bye to Knysna and travel inland to the ostrich capital of the world, Oudtshoorn.
The morning is spent visiting a working Ostrich ranch, whilst we visit the famous Cango Caves in the afternoon.

The adventure is nearing its end and we take a slow drive back to Cape Town via the popular and scenic Route 62.
The route has many interesting small towns and we visit some of them as we travel along.
Arrival at your lodge is at around 6pm and you enjoy your last dinner on African soil before your onward flight tomorrow.

It’s time to say our goodbyes and I collect you after breakfast for the 30 minute drive to the Cape Town International Airport.
